We are excited to announce a new integration between Reply.io and MailToaster! This partnership offers enhanced email strategy capabilities for our users.

Integration Benefit: Complementary Seats

Starting March 25th, subscribers to Reply.io's Starter, Professional, and Ultimate plans—whether on a monthly or annual basis—will receive an additional MailToaster seat for each Reply email seat, at no extra cost. This benefit is automatically applied to all new subscriptions from March 25th onwards.

For each seat for an email account you have on Reply, you’ll gain a corresponding seat for connecting email accounts for warm-up on MailToaster, enabling you to leverage both platforms to enhance your email strategies without additional expenses.

Key Integration Details:

  • Seamless One-Way Sync: The integration features a one-way sync from Reply.io to MailToaster. Existing MailToaster customers who wish to activate this feature and have subscribed to Reply.io before March 25th should contact Reply.io’s customer support for assistance.

  • Eligible Subscription Types: This syncing functionality is specifically available for Reply.io’s monthly and annual plans. Please note that quarterly or semi-annual subscriptions are excluded from this feature.

  • Automatic Seat Adjustment: Any changes you make to your Reply.io seats, including disabling or reducing seats or canceling your subscription, will be reflected automatically in your MailToaster seats.
