When setting your daily email sending goals, you can choose between Ramp-up mode and Random mode. Each serves a different purpose depending on your domain reputation and how new your email account is.

Ramp-up Mode

In Ramp-up mode, the system automatically increases the number of emails sent per day based on the values you configure:

  • Daily goal – the target number of emails to reach.

  • Daily increment – how many more emails to send each day until the daily goal is reached.

Example: If your daily increment is set to 3 and your goal is 50, the system will gradually increase your daily send volume by 3 emails until it reaches 50.

This mode is ideal for warming up new accounts or domains, as it gradually builds sender reputation in a controlled way.

Random Mode

In Random mode, the system will send a random number of emails per day, within a range you define (minimum and maximum). This helps create more natural sending patterns.

  • The difference between the minimum and maximum values must not exceed 15 emails.

Example: If Min is 5 and Max is 15, the system will send between 5 and 15 emails each day.

Best Practices for New Accounts

If you're using a new email address on a new domain, it's important to start cautiously to avoid spam filters:

  • Use Ramp-up mode first with a low daily increment (e.g., 2–5), or

  • Use Random mode with low values like 1–10 emails per day.

This ensures your domain reputation grows safely and avoids deliverability issues.
